1. The court surface is cement concrete
Concrete floors for tennis courts when pouring must ensure sunny weather, after pouring we should not laminate ponds creating tents on the concrete floor. 2. The surface is asphalt concrete:
A. Asphalt pour within 14 days before applying any material on the plastic surface.
B. The contractor must notify the construction unit of the flatness and slope after pouring the plastic.
C. Check and make sure there are no grease, dirt and other impurities prior to starting the paint job.
D. Surfaces will be flooded. Any remaining water that is deep enough to cover the thickness of a coin will be repaired using a mixture of Decoturf according to the manufacturer's instructions.
E. This application will only continue if the surface is dry and clean and the temperature is at least fifty degrees (50 ° F) and rising, and the surface temperature is not more than one hundred and forty degrees (140 ° F ). No coating is applied when rain is imminent.
F. Each layer in this system must be completely dry before use, usually from 12 hours to 24 hours. Between each layer, check the entire surface. Any defects should be corrected. Scrape the surface to remove any lumps if present.
